Dream Solids are the plain, unprinted wide backs: a single clean colour across the full 108 inch width.

A solid back is the sharpest choice for a modern quilt, and it is the only backing that shows custom quilting properly, because every stitch line stays visible instead of disappearing into a print. The trade-off is that a solid is less forgiving of uneven quilting and of seam allowances shadowing through from a pale top, so it rewards a careful press before basting.
